FOR MORE ABOUT THESE AUTHORS

Wingwave Coaching will help you . . .

  • Overcome fears and anxiety and feel more confident and self-assured
  • Increase your performance
  • Break through mental blocks and reduce stress and burnout
  • Tap into your creative abilities
  • Increase your mental power and improve your stamina

In the physics of chaos theory, the beat of a butterfly's wings can change the weather on the other side of the world. In the same way, a small intervention with the wingwave coaching method can bring you impressive results.

In this ground-breaking book, the authors present their further development of EMDR: a combination of bilateral hemispheric stimulation, Neurolinguistic Coaching, and the well-researched myostatic (muscle) test. This unique coaching method can bring you your desired results often within three to five sessions.

Originally, EMDR was developed to treat post-traumatic stress in a clinical situation. Wingwave brings this highly effective method to the coaching situation so that coaches can help their clients become more creative, self-confident, and stress-free. In addition, wingwave is ISO certified for guaranteed training quality and can be used to improve peak performance in all areas of expertise.

Praise for the Wingwave Coaching Method...

Susanne Körner,
Systemic Coach

Since 2010 I have been working as a Systemic Coach, since 2014 as a Wingwave Coach and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy. In my daily work as a Wingwave Coach, I mainly support people in absolute stress situations, but also in various fears. For example, fear of exams, fear of flying and fear of performing in front of an audience. Some of my clients have experience in therapy and in comparison are always grateful for the quick help. They appreciate having an experienced coach at their side. I also regularly attend further training courses. Wingwave comes across so easily and yet is so effective. I am passionate about my work because I love what I do. One more reason for my clients to recommend me to others.

Ute Gietzen-Wieland,
Leadership Coach

Since 2010, I have been working intensively with wingwave in German, English and French: with entrepreneurs, self-employed people, top managers, international high-potentials, high-achievers, professors, experts, e.g. on leadership topics, potential development, appearance/negotiation security, work-health-balance, in crises, conflicts, upheaval, reorientation, with highly talented adults, competitive athletes or artists, e.g. in cases of blockades, self-doubt, setbacks, emotional and health problems. My clients are always fascinated by wingwave, and like me as an engineer and human resources manager, they appreciate that it is scientifically researched, sustainably effective, pragmatic, and versatile in its application. They regularly recommend wingwave and me as a coach.

Jutta Humpert,
Coach

My name is Jutta Humpert, I did my training at the Besser-Siegmund-Institute in 2016 and I am very happy about this decision.
Since 2017 I am now self-employed as a mental/wingwave coach in my own practice.
The beauty of this work is: minimal coaching input with maximum coaching effect, and it is always impressive for me and my clients how so much can be achieved in just two or three sessions with these short-term interventions.
My focus is on fears in everyday life or the "thought carousel" with which clients often block themselves. As a result, my coaching clients find it surprisingly easy to develop their self-confidence. The best reward after the interventions is to look into the soft, astonished, relaxed or happy faces of the clients.
"It's nice when you get to do what you love" - and when you dare to take that step."

Frank Niebuhr, MD

Since 1993 I have been a general practitioner in Lübeck and have been working with NLP since 2001. Also since this time I have a teaching position for the subject of general medicine at the University of Lübeck. Since 2012 I have been using mainly Wingwave or NLC. I am so convinced of the method that we are doing research on this method in the research focus Communication in the Institute of General Medicine. There is now a study and a systematic literature research. A case series on fear of flying is currently in progress.
In practice, I work a lot with medical students and other clients, mainly on the topics of performance stress, performance anxiety, exam stress and fear of flying. The area of interpersonal relationships is another focus. NLC and Wingwave enrich my daily practice routine very much.

Maria Reich,
Wingwave Coach & Trainer

In 2013 / 2014 I was trained at the Besser Siegmund Institute to become a wingwave Coach, Magic Words Trainer, NLC/NLP Practitioner and Master as well as a wingwave Trainer.
Since then I have been working with these methods on a daily basis and support my clients to get in their best shape. Successfully!
These are all really fast methods to dissolve blockages and activate resources.
I often work with entrepreneurs on their money issues, students with exam nerves and generally with clients and their daily challenges.

Julia Rehder,
Wingwave Coach

Thanks to the variety of the toolbox that I was able to put together during the versatile mental coach training at BSI, I can adapt to my coachees as optimally as possible and support them with individual combinations of methods. WingWave is always a compass and at the same time a kind of safety rope for both sides.
My coachees appreciate, among other things, the pinpoint accuracy and solution and resource orientation. Many are amazed at how fast they are progressing, surprised where causes can lie and inspired by the new quality of life they experience in everyday life. They then share these enriching experiences with me with others and new coachees regularly contact me.

Carsten Mölck,
Wingwave Coach

At the beginning of 2006 I heard about the "wingwave method" for the first time from a participant in a training group. I couldn't imagine anything specific about it, but I thought the name "wingwave" was great. So I decided to register for the training at the Besser-Siegmund-Institute. I completed the training in April 2006.

The main focus of my coaching sessions are the topics "de-stressing" and "strengthening". The main focus of my coaching sessions is "de-stressing" and "strengthening mental performance in various private and/or professional life contexts". The techniques of "wingwaves" have been an elementary and indispensable part of my work from the very beginning, and therefore for 12 years now. And this both "pure" and "in parts" (e.g. O-ring test) in combination with other professional intervention techniques. The "wingwave-method" is researched, flexible, effective, fast and makes a lot of fun for the coach and the coachee.

Martina Unseld,
Wingwave Coach

I have been a Wingwave coach since 2006 and since then I have become more and more involved in helping my clients become more self-sufficient and independent. People come to me in my practice with all different topics. We look at back pain; we conquer the fear of flying, etc.
In addition, I have been working for many years in various institutions giving trainings (e.g. stress reduction for occupational therapists in a retirement home) and individual coachings (e.g. nursing staff in a hospice). For example, last week I gave an internal teacher training on the topic of "Finding goals" with 53 participants. I greatly enjoy working with this fast and effective method and am astonished at how much happier clients leave my practice.
